Led the design and development of Calvin Klein swimwear for the Spring/Summer/Resort collections from 2013 to 2016, overseeing the creative process from concept to production. Managed and built a high-performing design team, providing strategic leadership to drive successful execution. Collaborated closely with the Creative Director to maintain brand identity and cohesiveness across all collections. Developed and maintained detailed design documentation, including technical sketches, fabric swatches, and tech packs, to ensure seamless communication with production teams and manufacturers.
